Abstract: in order to eliminate the small molecular pollutants generated by the photolysis of organic photoinitiators, Nano zinc oxide was prepared, and water-based polyurethane acrylate was synthesized. According to a certain example that the resistance of riding road decreased by 27%, nano zinc oxide was used as photoinitiator to prepare the Waterborne UV curing coating initiated by inorganic nano photoinitiator. Infrared spectrometer, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, X-ray diffractometer, Marvin particle sizer, transmission electron microscope, thermogravimetric analyzer and scanning electron microscope were used to test and analyze the film of nano zinc oxide and Waterborne UV curable polyurethane acrylate; At the same time, the physical properties of the film were studied. When the amount of nano zinc oxide was 1%, the hardness of the UV cured film was h, the adhesion was 0, the gloss was about 90, and the water resistance, alkali resistance and alcohol resistance were good. 2. Effect of ionic polymers on the fluorescent behavior of Rhodamine B

Abstract: due to the aggregation induced quenching effect, the fluorescence of traditional fluorescent molecules disappears in high concentration or solid state, which limits its practical application. In order to overcome this defect, ionic polymers based on acrylic resin were synthesized and Rhodamine B fluorescent molecules were in situ doped into the polymer system. Based on the charge interaction between the ions on the polymer chain segment and fluorescent molecules to inhibit the aggregation of fluorescent molecules in the system, fluorescent resins with different rhodamine B doping amount and different glass transition temperature were designed and synthesized. The effects of Rhodamine B doping amount, glass transition temperature, polymer mass concentration, different solvents and environmental temperature on the properties of fluorescent resins were discussed. The results show that the effective dispersion of fluorescent molecules can be promoted by the charge attraction and the adsorption and barrier of polymer segments, so as to achieve the effective luminescence of the cured film

3. Research on flame retardancy and smoke suppression of transparent intumescent flame retardant coatings

Abstract: transparent intumescent flame retardant coatings were prepared with melamine formaldehyde resin (MF) as matrix and Phenylphosphonic acid (PPOA), neopentyl glycol (NPG), N, N-dimethylformamide (DMF) as intumescent flame retardant (IFR), The performance of the coating was further improved by adding polyethylene glycol (PEG). The flame retardancy, smoke generation and thermal stability of the coating were studied by limiting oxygen index (LOI), smoke density of building materials and thermogravimetric analyzer (TG). The morphology of carbon layer after combustion was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that IFR could significantly improve the flame retardant and smoke suppression properties of pure MF; On this basis, adding peg can further improve the flame retardant and smoke suppression ability of the coating. When the amount of IFR and peg is 40% and 5% respectively, the flame retardant and smoke suppression performance of the coating is the best. Its LOI value reaches 27.4% and the smoke density grade is 27.15. Under this addition ratio, the coating can have better expansion and carbon formation ability during combustion

4. Preparation and characterization of tung oil based polyurethane

Abstract: to simplify the purification process of tung oil based alcohol, prepare high-quality Tung oil based polyurethane. Tung acid fatty acid methyl ester (me) was synthesized by the first transesterification of tung oil and methanol. Tung oil based alcohol (Toba) was prepared from me by secondary transesterification with 1,4-butanediol; Finally, tung oil based polyurethane (tobp) was prepared from Toba and isophorone diisocyanate. The structure and properties of the product were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA).
